THE HORSE AND HIS GIRL

Ruthie recently submitted an essay to the American Morgan Horse Association and asked us to help out in providing a photograph to submit along with the essay. We were glad for the oppertunity to take pictures of her and her horse, Geoffrey. Below are some of the photos that we took just the other night.

FAMILY PORTRAIT SESSION

This was a fun family to take pictures of. We took Mark, Lani & their adorable son, Andrew, to an old piece of property with ancient farm equiptment on it. It provided a great oppertunity for unique props and backgrounds. Here are a few samples from the session . . .

RYAN & MEGAN 7/22/06

We were given the pleasure of photographing Ryan & Megan's wedding in July. It was a beautiful affair and an enjoyable experience. POSING TECNIQUES

From time to time we work on various photography tecniques with some colleagues. Getting together to practice with other photographers is helpful on so many levels. It provides us an oppertunity to practice on people other than ourselves, as well as gives us a chance to glean ideas from one another. (Not to mention an oppertunity to check out each other's photography equiptment!) A month ago we got together with some other photographers to practice posing tecniques out at Peavy Arboretum. Here are some of the shots that we took that day.
